"Freundliches Personal, schönes Zimmer und super Lage "

"Rented this spot in Ticino and it worked out perfectly. Walking distance to a bakery/coffee shop. Had a great meal at Ristorante Sport. Migros grocery store is right down the street. Small village of 1500 people. Close drive to Lugano and only an hour drive to Malpensa airport. The views of the lake are fantastic."

"Absolutely stunning location, great communication and very helpful hosts"

"Fantastic villa overlooking Lake Como. Our room, very spacious with a balcony overlooking the nearby catello and Lake Como.We used the shuttle for travel to and from the Villa which has set times. Kind and welcoming staff, Excellent restaurant next to the property and the supermarket not far away.Recommended for those who love a romantic and evocative holiday"

"Amazing! Claudia was very helpful and nice, Varenna was unreal and we had the best time ❤️"

"Ideal property for getting around Dervio and a lovely area close to the lake. Good amenities in the property. "

"Beautiful house and view helped make our stay at Lake Como a memorable one!"

"Very nice owner help with everything!"

"The villa was very beautiful, was easy to get to and from varenna. Communication with the host was super easy and she was super lovely. There were quite a few stairs to the top tho!"

"This is a unique find, we enjoyed the history of the property. Typical Italian streets to maneuver to get to the huge villa and the gate entrance is tricky with a bigger vehicle. The villa rental part is just a portion of the house but plenty of room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Kitchen good but if you want breakfast order in advance. English is not one of the owners languages but he uses phone to translate. There are no laundry facilities as stated on expedia but the owner generously...

"Pros: Tre bagni e vasca idromassaggio! Cons: Gli oggetti estranei!"

"Great host and neighbors! Cozy home with many things for the baby and kids. Very convenient location! We came in late fall when the weather wasn’t as predictable but we were able to see gorgeous views - both of the Lake and Mountains. We loved Zermatt, Stresa, Our Lady of the Rock in Locarno, and a boat ride to the Borromeo Islands. Parking in the garage was quite difficult for us Americans but there is street parking available. "Beautiful property with unreal view. Claudia is a great property manager who helped us with anything we needed. "
