"The hotel is located within convenient walking distance to the city center where much activity occurs, but far enough to preclude celebratory noise, especially during Dia de Los Muertos. Staff were helpful, thorough and friendly. The accommodations were clean, nicely decorated and modern while keeping a traditional Mexican feel. Breakfast wait staff were efficient and friendly and the menu provided many options."

"Everything was fantastic! there's no complaint about anything. My only suggestion is for the hotel to habilitate a lobby store to buy snacks, sun lotion, etc.
They even shared some sunscreen with me. The service is outstanding!"
