Nothing too much trouble and we were looked after by the staff from the moment we arrived. Special shout out to Adrian, Mirella and the breakfast team for superb service and delicious hot and cold food selections. Thanks to the Housekeeping team for making up our room every day and to the team managing WhatsApp; we always got speedy and courteous responses, making it super easy to put in requests. "The rooms are quite small and their unusual shape does not help.Did not like the exposed wallbrobe rail.The shower leaked and the light above the bed did not work.The room needs a bit of tlc.The hotel is four star with a spa and large lounge but the room itself would only be two star.Good hotel overall though with helpfull staff."
