"Nice hotel but it certainly needs a refresh. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and brunch. Comfy room, even it was really basic, we would have appreciated more amenities. We didn’t like the auto checkin process: very complicated, room key code not working, we needed to ask for a physical key… honestly, technology won’t replace human contact, empathy, kindness and human problem solving in front desk services. "

"My family and I got here late and left early because of our schedule. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The room we had booked was comfortable and clean for brief stay. We would stay here again. "

"Pros : perfect location, great brunch, nice view from room’s balcony (beach and mountains) Cons : bathroom was not well maintened : not in great shape, dirty shower floor, mold in the corners; bathroom lights were lighting the whole room which was disturbing during the night, expensive parking"
