"We had a lovely stay! The condo was clean and very well stocked, including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and boogie board. Beth was quick to respond to our questions. Views from the kitchen and wraparound lanai are amazing and the beach at Makena Surf is always our favourite for relaxing and swimming. The pool areas are very nice as well. Highly recommend "

"It would have been nice to have another restaurant available for lunch. The only ones open were Sushi (my family doesn't eat sushi) and the Ama (which was packed). Ko only served at the bar. It was a bit frustrating."

"Overall, our stay at Ho’olei was wonderful, as always! We were a party of eight, and the three-bedroom villa was the perfect setup for our family. There was something for everyone to enjoy, especially the kids. We loved the fitness classes, the pools on both sides of the property, the dining options, and the Fourth of July festivities. The villa was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. One of our favorite parts of the trip was enjoying dinner on the lanai while watching the beautiful sunsets—those are memories we'll always cherish. Thank you, Ho’olei, for another amazing stay. We can't wait to come back!"

"Loved the property but definitely had difficulty with getting service poolside. Moved to a different pool and thought that would help. Still no service. Eventually moved back to adult pool and walked around and found a staff member. After that we just decided to go directly to the bar ourselves for a drink. I got the feeling they thought we weren’t staying there but they should ask. We were guests of the hotel. I would appreciate spending that kind of money per night to not have to seek out service."

"Room was great. Resort was beautiful. Grounds immaculately maintained. Housekeeping could not have been better. Location to mall was great. Restaurants really good but expensive. Drinks very expensive. Walk way along the ocean to other resorts. Only issue a lot of rules by the pool. Don’t bring leftover food to the pool because they will ask you to leave."

"The property and the unit we stayed in was absolutely amazing. The balcony was right over the private beach and it’s also where the sunset so the view was beautiful. Right out the front door was the pool and spa and a few steps more and you’re on the beach. The unit was very clean and decorated so cute and had every amenity in the kitchen and bathrooms you could need. It was so peaceful and the beach was clean and water was prestige. The management company was super easy to deal with and loved my daily text of sunset and sunrise times and word of the day such a cute touch! I will definitely go back and will be requesting the same unit that was ideally positioned if possible. The entire property was beautiful and the secluded beach was amazing"

"The property was beautiful and well maintained. Lush garden spaces. Pool area and loungers being available along with poolside service was great. Room was large and felt very private. Overall quiet property and relaxing stay. Beach picnic excursion was great as well!"
