Great room with super-comfy bed and linen. Only downside was there was no view, but apart from that, really great and spacious room. Room service was always prompt and friendly. The staff in general were very helpful and made the stay a great one. Great location add there is a shopping center nearby and nightlife area in walking distance.

Gym needed imdating and equipment needed servicing.

Amazing place. Clean, Central. Well Located. Great staff. Very great staff. Top notch service. Spacious rooms. Great in-room facilities and amenities. And not expensive either. Good Value for money. 2 areas for improvement - Cable TV has voice lag. the voice is not in sync with video display. Second the Cafe downstairs is a rip off. Besides free breakfast, I wouldn't order anything from there. Overpriced, small quantities and delivery in paper bags? not in plates?

Such a clean, modern hostel! Pretty solid food in the 24/7 cafe, staff are really lovely and helpful. BIG shoutout to Emerrie - she was with us for a guided bike tour then took us to a local place to eat and helped us order. She went above and beyond to help us. Also a big shoutout to Nic, who was also really lovely and welcoming. Lovely hostel, I’m just not a city person, though if you love to party at local bars, it’s a great spot to be! :))

Super clean, the kitchen was stocked with home grown vegetables to use, and it was in a prefect location. The staff were so lovely and helpful.

Easy access to the action and cheap and clean. Small room but bathroom is a good size. All good.

Very good value. Secure and safe. Very helpful staff. Plenty of food choices. Only problems are with walking anywhere, pavements are all busted up and blocked by parked motorbikes and cars. Trying to cross the road is a nightmare. Good news is that the air is very much cleaner than it was 20 years ago.

Had an excellent stay at Z-Hostel in Manila. The central location makes it convenient to reach popular pubs and feels very safe. The hostel facilities are well-maintained and clean. The rooftop bar is a standout feature, offering great views and a social atmosphere. Overall, Z-Hostel is a top choice for any traveler to Manila.

They breakfast buffet was the best and most extensive I have ever seen!

The check was exelilent , rooms clean , food and drinks were great , desk staff were on top of all problems in the hotel .The guards on the doors were really doing there job well

Allways love the staff friendly & helpful with a smile it’s so close too everything clubs bars restaurants live music close too airport can hire a private car food allways available at hotel if u don’t want too go out & relax enjoy live music at berjaya in aircon comfort enyoyed allways there health fruit mix drinks there’s centre mall being hotel with cinema & only 2 kilometres away is another larger mall with cinema & amusement Center there’s much too do near berjaya hotel night life is good...
