Really weird experience here. The doormen and front desk staff were all nice in conversation, but they blatantly lied about how much laundry I had sent and tried to charge me $100 for it. Room is exactly what appears on the pictures taken when it was totally brand new I assume. It is now pretty worn out and especially the furnitures and kitchen. It needs a facelift to relect the current condition. Staffs were friendly and helpful.
