"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It is undergoing renovations, so maybe some day it will be nice, but for now it's filthy, staff-less and unsafe. We actually had two men (w/ the hotel) beat on our door yelling that we couldn't use our phone to record. We didn't stay, too unsafe. It should be closed down. Took 15 minutes just to find someone to "check us in". "

The night front desk staff, her name was Cindy, was very friendly and accommodating. She made sure that I was happy with the room and that everything was clean and in order. My room was very clean and you can tell that the staff takes pride and making sure that their rooms are clean and tidy for the guests. I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers in the Louisville and Highland Village area."
