"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It is undergoing renovations, so maybe some day it will be nice, but for now it's filthy, staff-less and unsafe. We actually had two men (w/ the hotel) beat on our door yelling that we couldn't use our phone to record. We didn't stay, too unsafe. It should be closed down. Took 15 minutes just to find someone to "check us in". "

"After having a very negative experience at another hotel, just down the road my arrival at Best Western was a sigh of relief. The night front desk staff, her name was Cindy, was very friendly and accommodating. She made sure that I was happy with the room and that everything was clean and in order. My room was very clean and you can tell that the staff takes pride and making sure that their rooms are clean and tidy for the guests. I would highly recommend this hotel for travelers in the Louisville and Highland Village area."

"Our room smelt awful, paid for queen beds but we definitely had full size beds, breakfast was terrible, my son’s waffle tasted sour and biscuits were not cooked all the way through, and we found roaches on our last night there. We will not be returning to this hotel at all."
