Amazing staff. Amazing property. If you want absolute luxury and comfort this is your hotel. From the heated toilets with built in bidets to the amazing stone jacuzzis, from the fantastic hammocks to the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, absolutely no expense was spared here. If you want an all inclusive with gourmet food and fantastic attentive service, look no further than Hotel Mousai.

This resort is ABOVE AND BEYOND any place I have visited in the cancun area. The STAFF were EXCELLENT from checkin to check-out,the food 10 out of ten ,grounds spotless , already planning to return.
