Located in the heart of the countryside yet with such great access around Kent in all directions, making the cottage a winner with those looking to explore, how with such peaceful and wonderful surroundings, guests may be tempted to relax and unwind taking in the beautiful walks at nearby woods. Surrounded by woodland, orchards and arable paddock complete with grazing horses, this is a superb holiday venue.

Tilmangate Farm is a credit to the owners eye for detail offering everything with a contemporary and welcoming self catering property with families in mind and creature comforts including underfloor heating and TVs and DVDs in every room.

Please note: This is one of two homes which are side by side; with soundproof, inter-connecting doors, these doors must remain shut at all times to stay soundproof.

Perfect cottage.

Perfect cottage. Very well equipped and extremely clean. Owners available on site if there were any questions. Only comment would be directions. These were very clear except the name of the farm was on a sign facing away from the direction we travelled in, so we missed it. Might be a good idea to give location as "almost opposite the pub".
