So within a minute from the front door you are walking in a 450 acre historic estate with wonderful views across the downs. Enjoy this peaceful setting and have the added advantage of a 1.5 mile walk through the park and you are in the heart of Maidstone County Town. 
    The cottage is a mediaeval quaint grade 11* building and has 3 bedrooms including a small bunk room.
