Hyatt Grand Central New York

"We had a really lovely stay at the Hyatt Grand Central New York. The location is fantastic, especially if you want to explore Manhattan, with Grand Central right on your doorstep and easy access to the subway. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was also really convenient having everything so close by, with plenty of restaurants, shops and attractions within easy reach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again when we’re back in New York. A great hotel in an unbeatable location!"

"Staff was kind and the hotel was beautiful. However, the first room we checked into had no working features (moving bed, cool lighting to adjust, nor the towel warmers which the staff expressed is no longer advertised). The second room was a lot better however this room didn’t have a working thermostat to change the temperature so we were overheated at times which was frustrating especially during the summer. We didn’t feel like moving rooms once again so decided to just deal with it. Besides that the hotel is great, wish it was within a little closer walking distance to the subway but it was manageable. I thought it was a nice touch for the rooftop movie showings as well. Overall if you’re looking to stay closer in the heart of the city, then this is a good option."

"The hotel was very clean, staff was exceptionally attentive, the beds were incredible, and the location cannot be beat. We took the subway from JFK and the stop is right at the corner where the hotel was. We walked to Times Square and theaters and the Empire State Building, and took the bus and train to get to other places - it was so easy from the hotel. I would absolutely stay here again. The elevators are a little bit of a pain and can be slow, but most of the time they were not a problem. Just leave a little extra time if you’re on a schedule."
