In the morning of my checkout I had already been kicked off the internet which I felt was rude, certainly inconvenient for me. The heating unit in my room leaked a lot of freezing outdoor air - I covered the gap with towels to slow the leak."

"There was no one at the front desk for at least the first 5 minutes I arrived. Stood there and waited and watched a couple people walk away from waiting. My room was close to the gym and all you could hear was people dropping weights on the floor. There was an air purifier plugged in and in the middle of the floor. Over all was not too bad but definitely will not stay again. "
