"Location was great right next to town in walking distance, clean hotel but dated, good comfy bed, fresh towels provided every day, large spacious rooms with tv and tea and coffee in room, staff helpful, breakfast was great, huge selection, didn’t use the bar but looked well stocked. Weather was extremely hot and the one fan given to each room wasn’t unite adequate, no air conditioning at all throughout the hotel. There is NO car park, apparently the hotel hasn’t had one in 3 years despite being advertised but the rugby club opposite offer parking for a fee, depending on how long you want to stay."

"Stayed for one night for my sons graduation at the millennium centre, very nice ,spacious room , welcoming staff,restaurant is nice food was lovely had meal in the evening. Could park until 2pm on day of check out which was handy and a nice touch so I could go to the graduation for 8.30 am in the morning and return for my car after ceremony and lunch , thank again nice stay."

"In all of my travels, i have never had this amazing level of customer service. The staff was amazing - helpful, friendly, kind and accommodating! The property is clean and comfortable. The City Centre, with all its has to offer, if right outside the door! I would bot stay anywhere else in a trip to Cardiff."

"Really helpful staff member on arrival - This is a self-check in hotel, but the staff member very graciously guided me through the online check-in process when I had trouble. Really nice room- just a shame that the Aircon didn’t work on a particularly hot evening, so I didn’t sleep well, but when I mentioned it upon checkout, they assured me that that would be fixed so I imagine it’s a one off. While they offered a free canned water and chocolate bar as part of the club rooms, because there was no fridge or working Aircon, these were warm and the chocolate bar was melted. A mini fridge would be a nice addition to the club rooms - just a suggestion :) Other than that, the facilities were great - I took advantage of the gym and spa pass which was excellent for the price. Breakfast was also good and the bar/ restaurant has a really modern cool look. Would definitely stay again (once the air cons sorted). Thanks for a really nice stay and I look forward to an even better experience next time."
