"The room and staff were tremendous! I felt right at home. Room was super clean, and the amenities were appreciated. With it being off season, the room which looked onto the main walkway was quiet. In peak times I would ask for a room facing the other way. Highly recommend!"

After having a few problems with the room and being admittedly too defensive and grumpy upon complaining, the day manager Pragya was able to get our problems solved and we had a great remainder of our stay. She had such a great demeanour and was able to diffuse the situation with ease and make it right. This place is having some problems with the elevator but our room was so cozy with the fireplace and the view that we hardly noticed because we didn’t come and go that much. They obviously put in the extra effort to make sure the rooms are clean and guests are comfortable. We were surprised at the quality of the sheets and the bed, and the extra cozy throw blankets and pillows. The breakfast was also notably great. "
