"We had a great experience at the Limelight. The hotel location is very close to the village and to public transportation so we did not have to use our car to get around. The staff was very helpful. The hotel itself looks brand new. We watched some World Cup matches in the lobby on a huge screen. Overall, a really great experience."

"The property is nice, but it is not really walking distance from Mammoth Village and it does not have air conditioning so our room was warm despite opening windows and using the fans. The pool was colder than expected considering it is advertised as heated. The parking is under the building, which is nice in that it is secure and away from bears, but it is a bit difficult to navigate because it is a tight space."

"Had been backpacking with my family for over a week with my family had 3 rooms booked. We came early just after 3 pm to see if we could check in early. I didn't even say anything, just started to walk up to the window to see and he snapped at me and said I couldn't check in until 4pm. Before 3:30 a couple came out with their keys, obviously having checked in. So I went to wait inside, another family came, tried to check in and couldn't. I went up again and he said our room wasn't ready, fine. Proceeded to check in at least 2-3 more groups without saying anything to me. The group that couldn't check in came back and asked me if I had still been waiting to check in(as he was checking in someone else) and I said yes. The host overheard and then said our room was almost ready. He called me up after that group after waiting an hour with no communication or acknowledgement that I had been waiting. He was nice enough checking me in but I just really didn't appreciate being snapped at and ignored. Room was fine, grab and go breakfast ok. Hot tub not working and even though it said to mention if that was an issue, seemingly no accommodations made for it. Restaurant/bar over priced and basic."

"Pros: Check-in was super easy with the door code supplied by the property manager. Property was quiet and very clean. Balcony faced the pool/hot tub area. The furniture was comfortable, as was the King-sized bed. Plenty of space in closet, as well as a large dresser, for clothing. Kitchen had all the pots/pans, dishes, and silverware needed to cook a meal (note: you will need to bring your own spices, oils, etc.). Having a small washer/dryer in the unit was very handy! The weather was absolutely gorgeous (mid-June)! We rented electric bikes at Black Tie (near Von’s grocery store) and enjoyed half a day riding on all the bike trails nearby. Cons: We arrived after dark and it was a bit of a challenge to find the correct property. The stairwell from the underground parking garage was very dark (no elevator available). Thankfully, our unit was on the first floor, but it still took multiple trips up the stairs to bring all of our luggage and food items up to the condo."
