"It was super cute, clean, and comfortable! Staff was super helpful and kind. Convenient walking with short drives to other destinations depending on what you’re looking for. Loved that there was a rooftop bar to add to our amazing experience!"
"The key did not work for the door after we went to get something to eat. and could not find anybody at front desk to deal with it. Had to find somewhere else to sleep. When we came the next morning to let them know, there was no remorse or compensation for it. "

10/10 Excellent
"Love the aesthetics of this place. Feels like a historical property as it is. Elevators can barely fit three people but you can only do so much working within the restrictions of a historical site. Staff was top notch. Cozy room, clean and comfy accommodations at a decent price. Would stay again if I go back to Richmond. "
"Great stay. Clean and comfortable room. Shout out to the bartender on 7/26/25. He was closing up, when a thirsty group of concert go-ers showed up. He opened back up and made sure everyone was taken care of. Great guy that helped cap off a great night!"
"The house was even more beautiful and spacious than the pictures - very up to date, clean and well designed. We were extremely comfortable. The owners went above and beyond to ensure that everything you could possibly need was provided. The high quality and attention to detail made our family feel like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. The location was perfect with most attractions and interests being 8 minutes away.If we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again.Great communication from the owners as well.A rating from us and we’re pretty fussy."
