"This makes the second Moxy we have stayed at and both times it did not disappoint. In fact this trip we seek out a Moxy because of experience at the one in Kentucky. All staff members we interacted with from the valet attendant to check in and bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed playing pool and some other games in the lobby and always enjoy the laid-back and trendy atmosphere. We took a nice walk from the hotel to the riverfront, which was beautiful at sunset."

"This is our second time staying at this property; the location and staff are great, Some maintenance issues encountered this time ; specifically toilet ran all the time due to obvious sloppy repair of flushing mechanism; Also disruptive (questionable )guest bs visitor at check in-; the situation was well handled by the staff but raises concern about security; Overall, would stay here again b/c of location and great staff"

"The staff was great! We used the shuttle to go to the Edgar Allan Poe Museum and when we were done they came and picked us up down the street at a local coffee shop. While waiting for our Lyft, they offered us waters. The only downside to this hotel is that the walls are thin and we could hear our neighbors young kids being noisy. But the Sunday staff was super helpful!"
