I invite you to my flat in Lavapiés, Madrid. A cozy, fully renovated flat in a quiet and comfortable atmosphere.

The location is perfect for exploring the city, with numerous bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance.

You'll also be surrounded by the vibrant theatrical energy, with the iconic Teatro Sala Mirador and the prestigious Cristina Rota School of Dramatic Art right next door, where talents such as Penélope Cruz and Pedro Almodóvar have made their mark.

In a quiet finca dating back to 1885, you will find my flat in Madrid's heart. This accommodation offers a comfortable sleeping room for a full rest after a day of exploring the city.

The living room is a cosy space where you can relax and enjoy quiet moments sitting on the chaise longue sofa and watching a movie on the smart TV.
In the same room, you will find the dining area with a table for 4 people, where you can enjoy a meal or an aperitif with your partner or friends.

I have prepared the kitchen so that you will find it fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your favourite meals during your stay.

The bathroom, functional and modern, with a shower, washbasin and toilet, will provide you with all the necessary comforts.

Last but not least, the cleaning in this house is carried out to the highest quality standards in an attempt to leave you with an impeccable space.

PARKING
It is important to take into account the access and parking restrictions in the Lavapiés neighbourhood, where your flat is located.

According to current regulations, private vehicle access to this area is restricted. You are required to park your car in a nearby car park, unless you have an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle.

Restrictions are usually in effect from certain times of the day, for example, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. It is important to take this information into account when planning your arrival by car.

I kindly ask guests to treat the accommodation normally and respectfully, as well as the neighbors of the building.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Please avoid staining sheets, towels, or other fabrics with body fluids or make-up as an additional cleaning charge will be applied.

Please be considerate of noise and avoid making noise after 22:00 and during siesta time (14:00 to 16:00).

Please treat the house and furniture with respect.
