Possibly the best location in the center of Madrid (Calle Cava Baja) in the heart of the La Latina neighborhood and in the area known as Madrid de los Austrias. Undoubtedly, one of the most historic and well-located streets in the capital. A great variety of restaurants and bars await you for tapas!



This spacious studio apartment (second floor with elevator) is located in a historic building over 300 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 250 meters from the Mercado de San Miguel, 300 meters from Plaza Mayor, and 750 meters from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The location is fantastic – everything is within easy reach, either by metroeven just walking. The city center is very accessible, and the apartment is in a perfect spot for exploring. The place itself has been recently renovated, it’s clean, modern, and comfortable. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout the stay, and check-in was very smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

What we loved the most about these apartments was how cozy and comfortable they were, located in a brand-new building with the perfect location for exploring Madrid. The apartment has absolutely everything you might need - every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. Es la segunda vez en los últimos seis meses que vamos a Madrid, y las dos veces nos hemos alojado en un apartamento en Cava Baja. Esta vez llevé conmigo a dos parejas de amigos y también se quedaron encantados. Los apartamentos son perfectos en cuanto a ubicación, son nuevos, muy limpios y te hacen sentir en una auténtica casa madrileña, no en un hotel. Me encanta poder disponer de todas las comodidades como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. La cocina está completamente equipada, los baños son magníficos y no falta de nada: nevera, plancha y tabla de planchar, lavavajillas, menaje, horno, tostadora, cafetera con café y té, e incluso han dejado algunas especias. Encontrar bombones de cortesía y una botella de cava a la llegada se siente como un detalle muy personal y especial, una muestra de respeto y atención hacia cada nuevo huésped, no simplemente un servicio hotelero. La comunicación es excelente: nos ofrecieron un transporte muy conveniente. Éramos seis personas y alquilar una furgoneta para los seis nos salió por lo mismo que habríamos pagado si hubiéramos ido andando con las maletas y luego en autobús desde Cibeles hasta Barajas. Así que en ambos trayectos utilizamos el transporte organizado por Cava Baja Suites. A la vuelta, nuestro vuelo era a las 18:00 y teníamos que dejar los apartamentos a las 11:00, pero nos permitieron dejar las maletas en uno de ellos hasta las 14:00. Pudimos aprovechar el día al máximo. Los recomiendo muchísimo. Mis amigos también ahora pre I personally needed a lower pillow than the ones provided.

Der professionelle Host kümmert sich überaus engagiert, sogar um eine Zehn-Punkte-Bewertung, auch indem er dafür eine "Belohnung" beim Wiederkommen verspricht. Das trübt freilich ein wenig das Vertrauen in die bisher abgegebenen Zehn-Punkte-Bewertungen, die wir uns nun ohnehin "verscherzt" haben und wird vermutlich für weiter steigende Preise sorgen. Es gab Cava Brut Nature und Pralinen zur Begrüßung, eine Minibarbefüllung auf Wunsch, fairen Taxiservice und rundum angenehme, unaufdringliche Betreuung. Hat man sich erstmal an die Winzigkeit des leicht übermöblierten Appartements (danke Ikea) gewöhnt, ist es komplett ausgestattet. Die Lage ist unschlagbar, die hat uns am allerbesten gefallen, wunderbar zentral und man gelangt überall zu Fuß hin. Das Bett ist typisch spanisch, also recht kurz und schmal, lässt sich aber von der Wand abrücken, was etwas mehr Bewegungsfreiheit gestattet.

Super consigliato! Noi avevamo la stanza “fuente de Cibeles” che forse è un po’ piccola se si è in più due persone, perché quando si apre il divano-letto non ci si muove più.
