"It is conveniently located at the center of Madrid but the building is not noticeable.. updated and clean facilities.. lots of cabinets to store stuff which I love. We stayed for 4 nights and my only complaint was the breakfast food, it was the same though for 3 times, hopefully not the same on the fourth day because we have 2 bookings, but overall this hotel is excellent!"

"The staff is excellent in every way, but the rooms are not comfortable there are no drawers to put your clothes, room is small not even a table to eat. Didn’t like it. "

"The shower drain was not working at all, so when you take a shower you will have a pool instead. I did say something to front desk, they said we would take care and they never did it. "

"The person at the customer service when we checked in. He checked us early probably knowing that we were very tired and sleepy after a long flight. Most of all he personally came to inform us in the lobby when the room was ready. He also helped us get a taxi. God bless him."
