"Horrendous experience. Property was very poorly kept.No chill in room airconditioner. Stained sheets, delapidated furniture, withered towels, cockroaches in the bathroom, cracked tiles. The breakfast menu is a joke. Staff at lobby is completely un-trained. Took 15 minutes to find the booking, as they were not aware of hotels.com. Not a family friendly place. There are far better and premium properties in Trivandrum available at this rate. "

"Comfortable stay. Excellent service and I will recommend for anyone. If any guest come for serious discussion give them private area not in middle of the restaurant. Their loud conversations is not comfortable for other guest and rude attitude towards serving bearers, shouldn’t be allow. Such guests may be Big shots of the town/city but certain good attitude to be kept to the staff , senior managers sit with the guest and absorbs such attitude. "
