"My one and only issue was that the gym wasn’t open until 9 AM. I would think people on vacation would want to work out bright and early before starting the rest of their day. Everything else at the hotel could be accessed by key cards and wrist bands. I would think they could do the same with the gym."

"A beautiful condo in a fantastic location! It’s conveniently close to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and more. The condo itself is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the necessary kitchen items and appliances.The beach is absolutely gorgeous—clean, peaceful, and much less crowded than St. Pete or Clearwater, which made it even more enjoyable. The host Cyndi was super friendly and responsive which helped make our stay that much better. My daughter loved it so much that we’ve already booked our stay again for next year’s spring break!The host Cindi was great and responsive "

"The location to the beach and restaurants was very convenient, but the hotel was dirty. We discovered COCKROACHES multiple times in our room. Floors were dirty, many people smoked outside their rooms. It's a motel with outside entrance into your room. Parking is $15.00 per day, which isn't mentioned online. Pool is ok, but not heated. Management is gruff, difficult to deal with when there's issues. The plastic shower curtain had black mold on it at the bottom and the bathroom is tiny. No kitchen on the room we had. Fridge is small too. I would never stay there again. "

"The condo was great and exactly what we wanted. A place to drink coffee and watch dolphins and a place to sleep. The location is spectacular and it was nice to have a parking spot for when family came to visit. "

"The pool and beach access were great and the kids enjoyed it. The response time & customer service was fabulous! The ease of check in and responses to questions & problems were very quick and very helpful! That was very much appreciated. The offer of free tickets is great & highly recommend planning ahead & taking advantage of them. We did not, as we did not have time for some of them. The kitchen did not have a coffee cup big enough to brew a full cup, we bought two mugs and left them there for the next guest. We had to buy more dishwasher soap, was only left one pod to use. Also was only given two garbage bags, so plan to take some with you as you cannot leave garbage in the room when leaving and cannot throw boxes down the shoot alone. Plan to buy toilet paper, we were only left two very small partial rolls, 1 partial roll in each bathroom. There is a very bad sulfer odor when you walk in the door, but it went away after being in the condo, so it was very strange. Keep things off the floors. Being on the beach was great!! Having a roadside room was very noisy, the garbage trucks come daily at a very early hour (before 7am) every day even on weekends and they are very, very loud. Not having any kind of balcony was disappointing but we managed. I would say it was a great stay, served a good purpose for the week, but over priced for roadside view and no balcony to enjoy the outside air and view. It is quite a ways from John Pass to walk to. "Thank you for a memorable and beautiful Easter weekend. Your place was spacious, clean and gave us the beach vibe we were wanting. We enjoyed the pool, direct beach and sunset views the most! We will recommend to anyone, but everyone we know."
