"Staying here was the highlight of our tour of Jordan when it came to the accommodation and people. The property is amazing, highly well kept and the staff extremely helpful and engaging and couldn’t do more to help make sure you had a fantastic time. We stayed in one of the panaromic rooms by Resense, within the Spa area. Huge room and beautiful views from our private terrace. Highly recommend this option as it also gives you full access to the wonderful spa facilities too! Special mention has to be made to the “Lady in Red” team of Era and Ivan. Such incredibly energetic and helpful humans. Likewise Alla the Front Desk manager who from the moment we arrived to when we left was so helpful with our room and suggestions of places to visit. All 3 are a great valuable asset to the hotel and brand. Thank you for making my birthday trip so extra special. Of course there was the delicious food, beautiful infinity pool and private beach future mud experience! Highly recommend staying here. "

"Clean room, great private beach for Dead Sea. Lovely pool areas. Hard to navigate around the property though - we got so lost trying to find our room upon arrival as there was no one to help us. Our room was only accessible by going into one building, down an elevator, across to another building and up another elevator!"
