The location is great being only a 5-8 minute walk to the main downtown street on the island. Our room was nice and was one of the rooms with a private bathroom. I do wish there were more outlets in the room itself (not just in the bathroom or hidden behind large furniture in the room); we struggled to charge our phones, etc. The bathroom is very small with basically no counter space. It would be great if a shelf or two was added to the wall for a place to put our toiletries. The breakfast was a pretty simple continental breakfast (usually one hot dish and then some grab and go pastries, yogurt, cereal). They do tea and coffee time everyday from 4-5 with fresh baked cookies. My biggest complaint is that it was impossible to get ahold of them by phone. I tried calling a few days before our reservation to confirm some things and was on hold for almost 30 mins; eventually it took me to the voicemail which I left my number and never received a call back. I had to email them instead which is fine if the matter is not urgent, but if you need something immediately I have no idea how you would get in contact with them.
