Great place to stay. Home from home. Clean, comfortable Apart Hotel. Warm friendly welcome from reception. Welcone pack included cereal, milk, coffee, tea, crumpets and butter. Local to shops, bars and restaurants.

Not quite what I was expecting but still nice

The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. Not quite as luxurious as it looked from the pics (it wasn't the same apartment as in the pics) but still nice and a great location. Check-in was complicated, we were sent to different places so ended up walking around up and down the road in the rain for half an hour trying to work out where we were meant to be. Communication beforehand wasn't great, they didn't respond to emails so I recommend phoning if you have any questions.

Have stayed before and apartment was much fresher and clean. This time we were allocated the ground floor 3 bedroom apt which felt quite run down. All the blinds were really dusty aa was dining table and bedroom floor when we had to move a bed it was full of dirt and rubbish. The bathroom window handle fell off and the window wouldn’t shut

Lovely apartments in great location

Apartment was lovely, very spacious and very clean. Location was perfect. Being at the back of the property, it was very quiet. We weren't able to use the table and chairs on the terrace outside due to the weather, but my only comment would be is that it could have done with tidying up a bit with rubbish overflowing from the bins.

Great for self catering but not what we booked

I booked a twin room with breakfast for two nights through Hotels.com and got a one bed self catering apartment with a kingsize bed and one pack of 6 crumpets. Not what I had ordered and the place was full so they couldn't move us. Luckily there was a sofa bed which we had to make up ourselves but it was in the dining kitchen with a glass panelled door and no blind, a noisy fridge freezer and a rattling air vent.

I had an excellent stay at the apartment with my 2 dogs. It was a great location right next to the beach where the dogs could run and enjoy the sand dunes. The apartment had everything I needed and was spacious especially for a solo traveller like me. There is a park opposite which again was perfect for the dog’s morning and evening strolls. Would definitely stay again.

The location was ideal for the beach. The shower didn’t drain away very well and had quite a lot of mould around the bottom. I think that the property was over priced. Henry was very pleasant and helpful.

Room 3 building 377. Not one mirror in the flat. (despite many comments in visitors book). The water in the shower is stuck on dangerously hot. The bed frame is broken (beware heavy people.) Take your own tea towels. Otherwise it was a lovely apartment.

Great find! Great location ! Apartment had everything you would hope for! Tastefully decor and all mod cons and unlike a hotel room it has plenty of space! The apartment was also spotless! Planning our next trip already!!!!

Good locale - close to beach, shops and park. Roms a little"tired" - chipped paintwork etc. Nice touch leaving fresh milk, butter, jam, croissants and pancakes. Double bed extremely uncomfortable - springs coming through mattress

Family break

Apartment was lovely and good location for shops and local transport. Only downfall need to attend to loose toilet seat , bathroom mirror light not working , lamp not working in lounge , cooker hood all dirty finger print marks .

We've stayed at these apartments 3 times and all have been great! There's nothing negative I could say about them, they are just brilliant. They're clean and spacious. The staff are warm, helpfull and friendly. The breakfast provided is all quality stuff. Tried out a few places in Lytham ST Ann's (including some of the top hotels) but these apartments are our favourite place to stay.

We stayed here friday night as we were at a wedding in lytham. We read some reviews thursday that made us worry it wouldnt be very good..... however we were very pleasantly suprised! Absolutely gorgeous and very clean! Can not fault the place! We wished we were staying longer than 1 night! We will definitely return! Huge spacious apartment with an outdoor terrace area! Tea coffee etc supplied! Crumpets, butter, jam, milk and fresh orange juice in the fridge included in the price!

Great size apartment, but several broken lights and implements, some dodgy wiring with two switches controlling one light, and one not working at all. Abject confusion upon arrival as to keys for the room due to staff shortages. I'd called and requested a smaller bed for my 2 year old a few weeks prior to our arrival, but this was simply lip-service paid to me on the phone, as it wasn't provided. (A damaged bed-guard eventually was, and just about did the job). Fine for one night and a great location, but just missed the mark for me sadly.

Excellent stay again

Lovely apartment, even better than the first time we stayed. One of the very few places that doesn’t charge extra for my Labrador. Friendly helpful staff with excellent recommendations re food an pubs Great little pub, No10 Ale house nearby.

Home from Home

Howarth House Apartment is brilliant, it is in an ideal location but is very quiet. There is a bus stop very close so if you don’t want to drive you can go into Blackpool, Clevleys, Fleetwood and Lytham. There are plenty of bars, tea shops and restaurants in the local area. There is an Aldi and a M&S food store very close by. The kitchen in the apartment is fully equipped so if you want to stay in and eat, it is very easy to do.
