Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, this fully air-conditioned home is ideal for a family vacation, a getaway with friends, or a business trip. Upon your arrival, Anne will personally welcome you with warmth so that you immediately feel at home. During your stay, you’ll enjoy this single-story home, bathed in natural light thanks to its large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the landscaped garden and pool. The decor is tasteful, blending elegance, modernity, and high-quality materials: The living area features a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a dining area, and a living room. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden and are each furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). One of these two has its own bathroom and a separate private toilet, as well as independent access from the outside. The third bedroom, meanwhile, has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the suite. For your comfort, everything is included: sheets (beds made upon your arrival), towels and linens, and end-of-stay cleaning. The exterior of the house is designed for relaxation, featuring a bioclimatic terrace with garden furniture (barbecues not permitted) and an enclosed landscaped garden filled with a variety of Mediterranean plants. as well as the heated pool, open daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., from May 1 through September 30. It is reserved exclusively for guests outside the 3 p.m.–6 p.m. time slot, during which it may be shared only with the family. Les Écrins de Millery enjoys a prime location: close to downtown Lyon, near the A7 and A450 highways, just a few minutes from Vourles, Charly, Vernaison, Brignais, Saint-Genis-Laval, and Oullins, and right in the heart of the vineyards and walking trails of western Lyon.
