Vill'Arborea - Magnifique T3 au coeur du 7ème

  • Come and discover this beautiful apartment located in a new residence, ideally located in the Jean Jaurès district. Tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped, it will be your ideal base for a stay for three! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a magnificent terrace with open views.
    Bed linen and towels provided, wi-fi.

    Located on the 6th floor with elevator, this beautiful apartment is composed as follows:

    Day area: - an entrance leading to a bathroom with shower and toilet,
    - a living room with a comfortable sofa, a television, an open and fully equipped kitchen, a convivial dining area that can accommodate up to 3 people

    Sleeping area upstairs: - 1 bedroom with a 160 bed, a large storage cupboard, ideal for 2 people
    - 1 bedroom with a 140 bed, perfect for one person,
    - 1 bathroom with bath and toilet.

    Exterior: You will have the chance to enjoy a large 18m² terrace facing south-west, equipped with garden furniture and a large table for convivial meals.

    Neighborhood: The Vill'arborea is located in the very administrative district of Gerland, and more precisely of Jean Jaurès, close to transport, shops and restaurants.
    The metro is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Part Dieu station is located on the same line, just 4 stops away, you will be 1 metro stop from Jean Macé and the T2 tram leading you straight to Perrache station, and 4 stops from Place Bellecour.

    If you travel by car, Jean Jaurès car park is located 7 minutes away on foot. It is free but limited to 100 spots. Otherwise you can find free parking spots around the apartment.

    Vill'Arborea is managed by Cocoonr agency in Lyon and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will present the apartment, its functioning and will give you the keys.

    Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on your arrival.

    To start your stay, we offer you some coffee pods, and some tea bags and herbal tea.

The apartment has two bathrooms each with a toilet. Particularly lovely to have a balcony area. It was in a great location and was 5 minutes away from a metro stop. There is also an Auchan 5 minutes away. A super stay we definitely will recommend.

Down stairs bathroom sink drain plug stuck causing inconvenience, but we didn’t ask for maintenance because it didn’t fit our schedule. We shared the upstairs sink the last 2 days. Couldn’t figure out how to shorten dishwasher cycle so had to leave it running when we checked out. Minor issues in a place we enjoyed for our second stay in this apartment in 2 years because we love the outdoor space.
