Nice and clean however there was no shampoo provided as described and you had to pay to rent a towell and lock for the storage lockers. Food and drinks were average for the price.

L'hôtel est propre et le service donné par le personnel est excellent. Seulement, l'emplacement ne m'a pas plus puisque j'ai trouvé l'accès à difficile en raison des pentes et escaliers très nombreux à monter. Je n'avais pas envie de payer pour un taxi ou Uber a chaque fois que sortais de l'hôstel alors j'ai tout fais à pied jusqu'au métro les bus n'étant pas assez nombreux a mon goût.

The room and bathroom were clean. Very quirky, would have been more comfortable with more storage, comfortable flooring and the very high ceiling was strange. Wouldn’t have liked to use the bunks.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pilo. It has a very friendly atmosphere, and the staff are very helpful. All the staff are dedicated to high standards. The hotel is new and is a pleasant place to stay.

We were surprised to find that our room had nothing more than beds in it! There were no places to sit, no desk, no table, no fridge, no closets, no space whatsoever. And there were a lot of stairs in our room which wasn’t indicated on the site. They were steep and slippery and dangerous for us and our kids. Also a shock was that the pictures on Expedia were of a different modern hotel.

New and very welcoming place! Walking distance to old city and other interesting places. Hotel has cafe on first floor, where they have a lot of different entertainments every evening. When we were there, it was a break dance competition night, was a lot of fun watching it! Also they have kitchen, where you can cook your own food, and you can relax in a room full of beanbag chairs. As for rooms, beds and pillows are very comfortable! Really nice and unique place to stay!

Bons atendentes, quarto ok mas no frio o aquecedor quase não funciona. Um pouco apertado o quarto e difícil de abrir as malas. Banheiro ok. Café da manhã é ok mas pelo valor cobrado não entrega tudo, eu optaria por comer em outro local. Vale o custo benefício mas somente isso, nada demais.

Lovely hostel/hotel with warm and welcoming staff. The room was clean and tidy and the beds a were comfy. Only minus with our stay was the fact that we stayed on the second floor just above the bar where very loud music was played every night until midnight. Which made our room very noisy until the music was turned off.

Effectivement, la VMC peut parfois, gêner un petit peu, nous tentons toujours d'améliorer ça ou à défaut, offrir des bouchons d'oreilles qui permettent de bien faire la différence. L'hôtel et son personnel sont très agréables. J'ai apprécié la modernité du lieu et de son cadre. La carte du restaurant mériterai d'être étoffé et la VMC des chambres améliorés cependant.
