Le Musigny - Superbe studio moderne proche Valmy

Five-minutes walk to place Valmy and its market, shops and transports (metro line D and buses), this beautiful 22 m² fully renovated and nicely decorated studio is situated on the 3rd floor without elevator of a secured property.

The studio comes with a lovely living room with its fully equipped kitchenette to cook without effort during your stay. You will find an HD TV and a comfortable double bed. You will enjoy a large bathroom too with a nice shower and toilets.

We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, Nespresso, microwave...).
Sheets and towels are included.

WIFI available

Into the apartment, you will have access to the Traveller's Guide which contains all necessary information for a best stay (WIFI code, notices, restaurants we recommend...).

Checkin and checkout are totally easy and independant thanks to the connected lock on the apartmen's door. Checkin is from 3 PM and checkout is possible till 11 AM the day you leave.

If you are a group, we also run the 2-person studio le ROMANEE situated on the 1st stairs of the same building.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
