We stayed at this hotel because of the proximity to the stadium for the semi-finals of mens soccer. The parking was free, there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and there was a breakfast included in my fare. ACE hotel had exactly what we needed!

Decent Hotel, Bad location

The hotel was decent, perfectly acceptable & clean. It had the best price for breakfast (€9.90) out of the 16 hotels on our trip. The main drawback is that it's in a sketchy area. Our van had its rear window smashed out the first night we were there. Nothing stolen because there are metal plates behind the winndow.

It is a very basic hotel. Cheap, but you get what you pay for! No amenities, just a bed and a bath. Could really use a kettle in the room for coffee. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get his name but he was there all three days of our stay.

The hotel is basic and lacking in the usual items found in virtually all North American properties, i.e. - no microwave, fridge, coffee maker or ice. This, however, appears to be the norm in Europe unless one stays in an "Apart- hotel". Otherwise, very satisfactory.

This is not somewhere I would stay again. The air conditioning did not work and it was hot. There were only bath towels and no hand towels. Carpets need replacing in the rooms and hallways. Perfect for a one night stay just outside Lyon while driving to the south. Staff were nice. Price was great. Room size was fine for 2 people. There’s a small parking area. There are a few restaurants close by in the area, but we didn’t go to them. It was clean enough and the beds were uncomfortable but not the worst of my trip through France, so in comparison to others they were fine. It’s like the Ryanair of hotels (you get the room and bed, no extras, no frills lol), but I would definitely stay again.

our room didn’t have fridge, phone, coffeemaker, safe, microwave, cups, water or even a box of tissue, absolutely nothing! Only one single ugly picture and a tiny TV set were hung on the walls. I have never seen such an empty and dirty hotel room in my entire life, even in the third world!

We really like our stay here as it was quiet and the staff was friendly. They know english very well, so if you dont speak French its a huge plus. We felt safe here, there were food options within 2 blocks of the hotel, and free parking.

The front desk girl that greeted us on arrival had a lovely smile and was very welcoming. The room was very comfortable and spacious with good sound insulation.
