"This was by far my favorite hotel we’ve ever stayed in for kids. Water park is awesome, amenities are so convenient, beds are clean and soft. Only complaint is the thin walls, could hear our neighbors very loud class until 1am. Would absolutely stay here again."

"They failed to tell us before booking that the property is under renovation, and looks dumpy. Taped room numbers on cards on the doors, falling ceilings in thr hallway, one towel & washcloth in the bath, no ice because the ice machine was broken, broken a/c in the hallway, etc. Oh, and... we arrived a couple of hours AFTER the check-in time, and the front desk told us she didn't know if our room was clean because the cleaning staff was short staffed. Well, she was was right. The room looked clean, but it was very obviously NOT cleaned, just tidied up. T he sheets hadn't been changed. Also, the covers smelled like open ***! Luckily, we brought our own sheets! One good thing was the shower, which was updated with decent water pressure. The cleaning staff was nice, but they looked tired & overworked. "

"If Floyd is at the front desk…runaway. Cancel!!! We traveled with the 11u travel baseball team and stayed here for 3 nights. Saturday, our team and parents hung in lobby, ordered pizza and had a blast. Front desk was very helpful and of course behavior was on point. Sunday night…3 couples were in lobby chatting away with a couple drinks and in comes Floyd. He clapped his hands at us so loud like 5 times and told us to shut up and go to our rooms. So disrespectful. Words were exchanged, cops were called and everything was fine. Unfortunately, the manager at the time left without speaking to us. Oh well. Sad holiday inn employs people that do not respect their clients. Rest of staff was amazing. "

"I had problem after problem! First, there are no employees at the front desk. You talk to a kiosk which has slow internet and the check in process took about 20 mins. I stayed for 2 nights and the on the first night I was asked to change rooms 10 mins after unpacking all of my stuff because of a sewer problem. No big deal, things happen. On the 2nd night, I was charged more for a smaller room. I requested a non-smoking room but it smelled like smoke. The hot water didnt work so i had to take a room temp shower, the hair dryer didnt work, the internet didnt work, the pool was closed for "maintenance", the TV didnt work. I ended up going to a different hotel because I couldn't work without internet. I checked out at 4:30 and they only refunded me for half, even though I was there for a few hours and had nothing but problems! Do not stay here"

"The rooms were affordable and the owner actually answered the phone and allowed us to check in early. We also came back after our cruise and the owner allowed us to store our luggage until our flight later in the evening. I called several other hotels nearby and they flat out refused, even when we offered to pay a fee. And despite all the other reviews here and other websites stating it, we did not see a single insect in all 3 rooms we booked. No bite marks after waking up, no crawlers or anything. The bathrooms also appear to be newly renovated, shower/bath was easily the best part of the room."
