"Breakfast was a delight all three days of our stay. Gym and pool were inviting althought we did not leverage them during this stay. First visit to Houston and delighted with it all. Family there suggested Holiday Inn Express but agreed Hampton Inn had them beat. Thank you so very much. "

"First, guests need to know that there is no-in person desk attendant. The front desk attendant is virtual. She was super pleasant. The only issue I had was that my receipt wouldn’t print. We had no issue with her distributing the key card through the kiosk. The rooms were really clean. The bed was super comfortable! The A/C is one of the older units you would see back in the day, but it does a great job of cooling the room. My only gripe was that it wouldn’t stay on continuously ( even when it wasn’t set on auto), so when it would cut off, you could hear all of the nearby traffic. Overall, it was a good stay. Just adjust your expectations."

"Good staff service. Nice room, but had a musty smell. We went to front desk to get a sanitizing spray. The pool needs upgrading in that the bottom needs painting. Many different places around to go to eat & shop. Overall ok staycation "
