"We stayed here for a couple of nights on a short tour of the Jurassic Coast. The location is spectacular and you can almost step out onto the beach. There is a lovely bay window which you can sit in and watch the world go by listening to the sound of the waves. If only this had been a nice padded seat, I might not have wanted to leave. Parking is a bit of a problem in Lyme Regis but there was no noise from the restaurants below, which I thought might be a problem"

The area is beautiful to explore, I only wish we had more time! My kids loved being on the farm and really enjoyed being shown round the animals there. An idyllic family weekend away. "We had a lovely week at Rousdon! The estate is very picturesque and peaceful, with some lovely walks. The house is in the old stable courtyard, and had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We found it very conveniently located for Lyme Regis, and the wider Jurassic coast. We would very much recommend it!Note: as of April 2025 the private beach is inaccessible, but you can still walk down to join the coastal path,"
