"The hotel is situated in an ideal location, just outside the hustle and bustle of the town but convenient to attractions and dining. It's a significant uphill climb from the beach though. We enjoyed the Continental breakfast that was delivered to us each morning. We would stay here again."

"The property is exactly as shown and described. Very clean, comfortable with everything you could need to do a simple cook, relax and sleep. Bathroom is spacious with a great shower. Parking is on street but in a quite close. 19 minutes walk into Lyme Regis down a narrow pathway. Roads are very narrow and windy so take it slow. I live in Australia and could only communicate by email and through the app and didn’t receive an answer to a couple of questions. Once I arrived my foreign SIMwouldn’t make calls so had to knock on her door to ask for an ironing board. Sandra was very kind and brought one round. Once she realised I couldn’t call, the emails were answered much quicker. Overall a lovely stay. "

"Second visit here and as our first visit for us Homestead is the only place to stay in Lyme. The accommodation is perfect in all aspects; and it’s just a short pleasant walk into Lyme.We will be back."
