"Great location. Just past the main tourist walking street in Pingyao and it is accessible by licensed vehicles. The owner arranged a free pick up from the regular train station. Location is excellent. We also got upgraded to a better room with a larger bath. Room is very clean, bed is very comfy and owner is super nice explaining all the attractions, tours and shows patiently. "The staff here is the most helpful, polite, and hospitable staff that I have encountered at a hotel in my life. The check in was very smooth and they even arranged pick up and drop off from and to the train station, which was seamless. The rooms were very clean, as well as the bathroom. And the location is prime, right by the South Gate, 3 min walk to central tower, and a Luckin Coffee right next door."
