Hit up the River Rat Run frisbee golf course and then kick back on the porch. You can play checkers or just relax, rocking on the porch swing, soaking in the sunset, and enjoying the riverside view. After grilling out on either the charcoal or the gas grill, you can gather around the fire pit for a cozy evening of stargazing with friends and family. Maybe even try your luck fishing at the river!

If you want to go canoeing, kayaking, or tubing, this is the place to do it! You can put your boat in the water and get out at several different points, including at the property! Inskeep Boat Launch is a large boat launch at the corner of Page Valley Rd and Bixler's Ferry Rd. Next you have Bealers Ferry Boat Launch and then Fosters Boat Ramp. Otherwise, Shenandoah River Outfitters is a great company, which will take you and pick you up at various spots on the river.
