"We stayed here for 2 days and had a wonderful time. The service was exceptional from the receptionists to the restaurant servers. The staff were helpful , friendly and even accommodated our 5 hrs early check in. The bed was comfortable . The area was quiet at night. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast on both days. Everything was clean . Despite a minor plumbing issue in the shower and the limited gym equipment , we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come back . The guest relation receptionists were under a great manager , Chi Vo . "

"This is a big, modern high rise, that is oriented towards a long stay business clientele, but also offers nightly rates. There is a rooftop pool which is very nice with a panoramic view of the city. The gym is also ok, but could use a better selection of equipment. I stayed in a one bedroom suite which was very clean and comfortable."

"The location is fabulous! You step outside into the hustle and bustle of Hanoi but once you are in the hotel, it is peaceful and calm. Staff were very helpful during our stay. We came back an additional night and staff were very welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic and highly recommended. The lady chef was lovely and very accomodating both days we were there. "Oh what a disappointing experience. Would NOT recommend and WILL NOT come back here.. They have ZERO understanding of what Hospitality means or what it takes to be in the hospitality industry Positives: - Booked this hotel primarily because of a water view… - the rooms are decent but not worth the colossal price being charged for them - the view from the room was good, of the lake opposite - The bell boys and the guards are very kind and helpful Negatives: - My shower door got stuck and i could not even open the shower door. Couldn’t reach the phone and was afraid that i’d break the door if i pushed too hard. Took me a good half hour to somehow finagle myself little by little. - The worst part was that when i went to the reception and told them about what happened and that they need to get this fixed before someone else has the same experience, the person at the reception, her name was ‘Tu Le’.. she started laughing and mocking me. No apologies were given, not a single sorry from them.. was just made fun of… maybe it’s a language barrier but this hasn’t happened in any of my travels - Everything at the hotel is overpriced. Just walk a little but around and there are lots of places to eat, coffee, ATM and convenience stores - You get 2 small little packets of powdered milk, maybe a few teabags and coffee and that is IT ! Good luck trying to make a decent cup of coffee or tea in the room - The rim of the toilet water hasn’t been cleaned in AGES from the looks of it "
