"I have stayed at this hotel now for 3 or 4 consecutive years. The hotel is now under new ownership and in my view they are just beginning to sort out how to run it and staff it. The hotel front desk is mainly staffed and managed by friends and family right now. The new owners have made extensive changes to the door locking mechanisms on all the rooms, which is impressive. The rooms are clean and the new policy of asking those with longer stays, if they want their room cleaned or fresh towels etc. on a daily basis was appreciated. We opted for weekly cleaning. The hotel is pet friendly. We had our cat in the room with us and it was fine. Parking is convenient outside the rooms. Room was well equipped with fridge, microwave and plenty of outlets, although wi-fi was a bit patchy. I will be definitely looking to stay at this hotel again, next time I visit my family. As the hotel is very conveniently located near Route 495 which is a major artery around the Boston suburbs. The hotel is right behind Cumberland Farms, which is convenient for gas and good breakfasts."

"Cleanest room in which we have ever stayed! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! The hamburger we had for lunch at Sonoma was delicious and the fries were the best anywhere! Great to have convenient on site parking!"

"Staff and parking were excellent! Room was very dirty. Smells and dust unbearable. 10 minutes into the room, I had an asthma attack from the dust. Further inspection revealed layers of dust on bed frame, behind television, behind desk and under chair. My Saturday was spent on a nebulizer. What a waste of a trip! This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel, NEVER AGAIN! "
