You were here during the hottest days of the year, a/c worked but maybe not as you expected, like all Americans that want ice in the room. Well, consider that we are in Europe and things are a little bit different here. Next time we suggest you to book not only looking at the price as you did, maybe a 4-5 star hotel is better for you (at a higher price, of course). For the price that you paid here your review is simply ridiculous. regards.

Dear Gillian, dear Paul, leaving such a bad review only because you couldn't dry clothes as you wanted is incredible, yesterday you seemed very happy and satisfied all day... We remind you that laundry/drying services are free services that can be used upon availability and in certain times, we cannot remove the clothes of people using the dry machine before you because you need it, and machines cannot work after closing times, this is for security...!! However, on the reverse we were helpful and we removed the housekeeping stuff (that we need to work in the GuestHouse) to let you use the dry machine earlier: you smiled and thanked us a lot and you were very satisfied because you found a good service. So we find that this behavior doesn't fit with your review. About the lift, we are sorry but it can happen, and there is a phone number always available in case of emergency. Kind regards.

thanks matthias piech for your great review -- it was not enough for you to spent a lot of time on google reviews or maybe you didn't like my reply. but it's ok in this way because you show how you are after staying with us same days without telling nothing and always smiling :-):-):-) 536/5000 luckily we have many customers who appreciate our structure and our hospitality and you can see it from the comments and the average score. next time book a 5 * hotel in lugano, if you can afford it since the cost is obviously totally different from ours, maybe you will find something more suitable for your needs. P.S. the photos next time maybe do them at the entrance to the room and the delivery of the material and not after several days in which you stayed without cleaning anything ;-) ;-) with love
