"This place was a really pleasant surprise. Great value for the money. They put a bunch of work into the welcome book --- has everything you could ever want to know about the house, local things to do, places to eat, contact information for owner and host. Bedrooms are very nice and clean. Kitchen is very well equipped with coffee ready to go. We spent our days on the lake. House is in a great location for quick access to state park, gas stations, eating places. Everything we needed. Communication with host was prompt and clear. Backyard and patio are very nice."
