"The room had been renovated but the ceiling was peeling in the corners, the room heat/cool unit was old and kind of noisy and the general ambiance of the place was sort of “tired”. On the plus side, the linens were very clean and non-fragranced - yay! The price was right and it has an indoor pool and hot tub. Easy to find too."

"The house was gorgeous. There was no staff on site. The front door was open and I had to call the phone number I had to find out what room I was in. The tub wasn’t usable, the shower head was too high to adjust so it just shot out the back of the tub onto the floor. I’ve stayed in places without staff on site, but with the front and back door open, it felt a little uncomfortable. "
