"The room was spotless, the bedding and towels brilliant white with fluffy towels, the fixtures and fittings are dated but it’s only to expected with the age of the building. The young man on reception carried our cases up to the room, while the female receptionist advised her where to go for something to eat, we would definitely stay here again."

"Although our standard twin room was smaller than expected we enjoyed our stay at The Cliff enormously. The location was excellent for exploring Ludlow and heading out on our bikes and the breakfasts were great. Staff were very helpful too."

"Room was very good and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. Just disappointed i left a phone charger in the room and it wasnt handed in after the room was clean when i left. Pool and amenities were really good."

"We stayed 3 nights. The staff were extremely helpful. Our booked room was in annexe beside kitchen conditioning units with jet engine noise levels. Obviously unacceptable. We were given alternative accommodation which was particularly pleasant and quiet. This may not always be available, so anyone booking needs to check if they expect a quiet night. Very good breakfast"

"Comfortable bed. Room very quiet Great black out curtains Little balcony was nice but had not been cleaned of previous occupant’s cigarette butts! Remote location was lovely"
