"Overall, our stay was satisfactory, but there are a few things future guests should probably know before booking. The space itself is comfortable and reasonably spacious for a small group, and it worked fine as a place to sleep after being out during the day. However, the rental lacks privacy more than we expected, which may matter depending on the type of trip you’re planning.The kitchenette is quite limited. It doesn’t have a sink, and there was only one fork available, which made preparing and eating meals a bit inconvenient. The grill outside is also very small and didn’t have any utensils provided, which made cooking difficult if you were planning to make meals there.That said, if your plan is to spend most of your time exploring the local area and just need a comfortable place to come back to at night, the rental works well enough and has adequate space for a small group. If your plan is to stay in, cook, and relax at the property itself, it may feel a bit suboptimal."

"Sidewalks weren’t maintained during our visit…VERY ICY!The one bedroom at the top of the stairs on the left with the has a broken bed. One of the guests did not sleep well either night. When he sat down on the bed the other side of the mattress went up in the air and the bed frame was broken. The bedroom we stayed in appeared to have used sheets…very wrinkled and wasn’t made up very well giving it the appearance of dirty sheets. The floors throughout the house weren’t the cleanest, especially the kitchen. The one corner of the bedroom we were in had spider webs and dead bugs. The front entryway had dead Asian beetles on the floors. "
