"The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub while there. Both the hot tub and pool were heated just right, and it did not smell like a lot of chemicals. "

"The room was cozy with nice furnishing like being at home, not sterile and hotel like. The grounds were well kept and vending/ ice was conveniently located. I’d definitely stay again if I was in the area. "

"Everything was great and the property far exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful views from the top floor. The kids had a blast swimming. We had a boat at the dock and they loved all of the water sports. Fabulous family time together. Host was very responsive and provided helpful advice. The midget flys were in season but it didn’t stop our fun. You will not regret booking this property."

"Fit our group of 9 and accommodated our activities.Definitely good spot for bird enthusiasts and bass fishers (a few came up and fished at our dock while we were here).We're able to go to Upperlake and Clearlake pretty quickly, so it was a good central hub. Local market was convenient."

"Check in clerk Bob friendly and provided excellent advice to make stay even better. Parking lot and outside area needs refurbishing. Otherwise great and convenient location with restaurant across street and downtown a short stroll away. I will come again 😀"
