"Love this place and stay here whenever in town to visit friends (if there's a room available; in summer it's almost always full!) Friendly, helpful staff and clean rooms, right on the lake, with a swimming pool and kayaks for the lake. Reminds me of a New England style camp I saw in the movies. "Totally enjoyed our stay! Started with the friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were warm and inviting. This trip was for a family get together and we didn’t have to concern ourselves with the lodging at all. "Everything was great and the property far exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful views from the top floor. The kids had a blast swimming. We had a boat at the dock and they loved all of the water sports. Fabulous family time together. Host was very responsive and provided helpful advice. "Fit our group of 9 and accommodated our activities.Definitely good spot for bird enthusiasts and bass fishers (a few came up and fished at our dock while we were here).We're able to go to Upperlake and Clearlake pretty quickly, so it was a good central hub. Local market was convenient."
