Short walk to the walled city of Lucca and free public parking right in front of the hotel so very convenient. Breakfast was adequate with excellent made to order coffee. Good value 3 stars hotel. "

"Room was run down and the breakfast was included in the past but not now. Staff said that the name change and rebranding was meant to attract business people but there were no working outlets in the room and no usb or other charging outlets apart from one socket in the bathroom. Very inconvenient. The place was much nicer to stay at in the past 15 years but has been let down by its owners sadly. "

"Had a room in the annex/dependance because we were 2 adults/2 children and the space was large and beautiful! Staff, breakfast, daily snacks were well worth the fare! Convenient location and immaculately clean! Great find!"

"This hotel room was great! I loved the features and location great too! There is a cafe though under it and both nights were soooooo loud from 12-3am (maybe beyond). It seemed to be an area for locals to gather after the bar! I’m a deep sleeper and it kept be up so be wary."

"From the moment we walked in, I knew we were in the right place. The gentleman greeted us in a welcoming professional way that was classy and just the right amount of engaging. The room was great as well as the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. "
