Pleasant stay in quit environment

Nice located houses suiteble for 4 adults, with 2 bedrooms, a not too well equipped kitchen, good enough bathroom. Clean swimming pool with lots of beds. Bakery 5 min on the bike, too far to walk. Great environment with Pisa, the beaches of Viareggio, beautiful and lively Lucca, Prato and Carrara nearby. From La Spezia hop on/hop off with a ferry to Cinque Terre. Florence/Sienna 75 min. Beware off the green zone policy of the citys when you visit them by car, you might get some unpleasant surprises in your mailbox a few month later.

Chambre propre lieux très agréables petits bémols l’annonce ne précise pas que les serviettes et draps sont en supplément Prévoir donc serviettes draps savon et éponge vaisselle savon pour les mains bref il vaut mieux arriver avec tout épices sel poivre huile etc….il n’y a rien juste une moitié de rouleau de papier toiletteÀ part cela j’y retournerais pas loin de Lucca parking pour la voiture et surtout calme reposant lorsque vous avez bien visitez toute la journée l’endroit est très bien pour se ressourcer et terminer la journée agréablement

Sehr freundliche personal, Die Einrichtung ziemlich veraltet. Sofa total alt und durchgesetzt. Man hat das Gefühl gehabt, dass man in einem loch fällt. Wohnug war sauber und der Pool war auch sauber und gut. WiFi war sehr oft unterbrochen

Sehr ruhige Anlage zum entspannen

Schöne ruhig gelegenes Anlage. Die Häuser sind gegensätzlich gebaut, so dass jeweils Schlafzimmer an Terasse angrenzen. Die Einrichtung und die Liegen am Pool sind schon älter. Die Schlafzimmer in der Wohnung sind extrem hellhörig ist. Extrem harte Betten. Die Wohnungen waren soweit sauber, nur die Kaffeemaschine und der Wasserkocher waren schmutzig und darunter lagen Krümel. Wunderschöner Ausblick und super Erholungsfaktor, wir würden wieder kommen.

Die Anlage ruhig abgelegen von Lucca mit ca 22 Einheiten, Gemeinschaftspool ca 1,6 m tief. Personal spricht nur schwerlich englisch. Die Wohnung: sehr klein, hellhörig (auch zu anderen Wohnungen) Klimaanl. (zubuchbar gegen Gebühr) das Doppelbett hart als ob man eine Spanplatte über die Matratze gelegt hätte. Bad ok. Insgesamt war die Wohnung sauber. Mülltrennung erwünscht, aber kein einziger Mülleimer in der Wohnung. Jede Wohnung hat seinen eigenen (mini) Grill. Es gibt besseres insgesamt.

Sehr schön

Ruhige und entspannte Umgebung. Die Aussicht vom Pool aus ist der Hammer.Besonders mit Hund geeignet. Die Kinder hatten eine kleine Rutsche,Schaukel und Fußballtore. Dies haben wir aber nicht nutzen können, da alles in der prallen Sonne stand. Alles vorhanden in der Küche. Umliegend gepflegt. Auch der Pool war völlig ausreichend. Wer sich erholen möchte ist dort genau richtig. Für Einkäufe und Essen gehen muss man ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren.

Ne vaut pas le détour...

Gérance et gérante à l'ancienne...tout est payant (draps, serviettes, electricité, machine à laver commune...). L'odeur des draps insoutenable. Le jardin décrit dans l'annonce est inexistant..tout comme le Wi Fi...Aucun Sens de l'accueil Nous avons demandé à la gérante de changer d'emplacement..nous avons eu un simple hochement de tête "non" alors qu'il restait des logements disponibles à l'arrière au calme avec un petit espace extérieur digne de ce nom. Loin de tout, pas de centre village. En résumé nous ne recommandons pas cet hébergement.

Mooi landelijk dichtbij Lucca

Prachtige locatie, schoon zwembad. De slaapkamers zijn prima. De badkamer is ruim en schoon. De zitkamer/keuken is klein. Keuken met eethoek en een bank erin. Iedere ochtend lekker buiten kunnen ontbijten. zeker een aanrader

Nette Unterkunft nahge Lucca

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, ruhige Lage, ohne Auto fast nicht machbar. Wohnung sehr hellhörig (Schlafzimmer geht zur Terrasse der Nachbarn raus, Wände sehr dünn). Gute Ausstattung in der Küche, da hatten wir schon schlechtere Unterkünfte. Die Matratzen waren härter als zuhause, aber man konnte gut schlafen. Aufgrund der Corona-Lage war der Pool nur eingeschränkt nutzbar und es gab keine Liegen am Pool. W-LAN brach immer wieder zusammen, liegt am fehlenden Glasfaserkabel.

Preis- Leistung okay

Insgesamt alles in Ordnung. Die Anlage hat ihren eigenen Charme. Die Räume sind sauber, hier und da wackelt etwas. Mein Gartenstuhl ist zerbrochen, als ich mich draufsetzete ( ich bin nicht übergewichtig). Direkt vor unserem Eingang war ein grosses Gitter, aus dem diverse Gerüche aufstiegen. Pool okay, wurde gepflegt. Wegen Corona durften nur 8 Gäste gleichzeitig baden, man konnte sich voranmelden - nicht schön, aber pandemiebedingt wohl notwendig. Lucca ca. 20min, Strände knapp 40min.

Klein en karig appartement gelegen op een heuvel in Toscane. De locatie is niet in de buurt van een centrum, waardoor je genoodzaakt bent om steeds de auto te moeten pakken.

Idéalement placé pour visiter une partie de la Toscane (à 20 min de Pise, 45 min de Florence et 1h15 de Sienne) L'endroit est calme et reposant. La piscine est très agréable (la période du covid était particulière mais le fait d'avoir à réserver les plages horaires pour la piscine était bien car petit groupe et moins de monde dans la piscine). La seule chose qui manquait dans le logement était le micro-onde (il y avait un four mais pas de plat pou faire cuire ou réchauffer. Nous avons adoré

Da selten eine Person vom Personal anwesend war die Englisch konnte war leider die Verständigung sehr schwierig und brachte einige Probleme mit sich. Es kann nicht erwartet werden dass die Gäste Italienisch verstehen und sprechen. Oder es muss in der Unterkunfsbeschreibung deutlich drin stehen.
