VILLA BRIANNA - LUCCA AREA

This villa (215 sq. m) was an antique olive mill restored by the owner with great care. The mansion is tastefully furnished, in modern style, with some antique pieces of furniture, beamed ceilings and parquet tiled floors in the bedrooms. There are two rooms in the tavern, where guests may discover the mill where olives were pressed to produce the typical tasty Tuscan oil and all its original tools.

Villa Brianna lies on a panoramic hill, only 5 km from the historical centre of Lucca! The famous art cities of Tuscany such as Pisa, Florence and Pisa are within an easy reach. Within a short driving you enjoy the coast of Versilia with its beautiful sandy white beaches. This peaceful spot is perfect also for country life lovers - you can have your breakfast or dinner on the veranda (24 sq. m) or just relax with a swim in the pool (above ground pool with wooden deck - 6.40mx4m, depth 1.30m; open 4 May to 12 October).

It is an independent villa which disposes of a 1000 sq. m garden, partially fenced with hedge, equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs, barbeque and sun-umbrella.

Three steps lead to the ground floor: living room with big couch, fire-place, satellite TV, dining room with dining table, kitchen-cum-dining (equipped with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), one bathroom with toilet only.

First floor: one double bedroom with bathroom with tub/shower and single sofa bed, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one bathroom with shower.

On this floor we find a bedroom with double bed and direct access to the outside terrace, one bathroom with toilet only, original mill and tools with access to the covered veranda, equipped with table and chairs. Utility room with washing machine.
