This beautiful semi-detached stone house is located in the tiny medieval hamlet of Chiatri and offers breathtaking views over the coasts of the Versilia and the lake of Massaciuccoli.
The hamlet of Chiatri is known also as the summer residence of the famous composer Giacomo Puccini. The wonderful surrounding nature invites to have relaxing strolls and makes it possible to live fully the contact with the nature of the hills which separate Lucca from the sea.

This house is perfect to visit the lake of Massaciuccoli, the Natural Park of Migliarino – San Rossore and to go to the beach to Torre del Lago Puccini or the famous beaches of Versilia.
Music lovers can attend the famous Puccini festival which takes place every year in July and August.
The Natural Park of the Alpi Apuane and art cities like Pietrasanta, Lucca, Pisa and Florence can be easily reached by car and can be visited in a day trip.
Several cycle paths, which are suitable for racing bikes and/or mountain bikes, start from Chiatri and lead to Lucca on one side or to the seaside on the other. They are the ideal option for those who want to alternate a visit to the mountains to one to the sea. There are also panoramic 5 km walking paths, which are suitable for everyone.

This house has been renovated with great care and consists of a beautiful panoramic terrace (c.ca 4 sqm) with a small table and chairs and of a c.ca 100 sqm garden with gazebo, rattan sofas and armchairs, table, chairs and barbecue, private wooden above ground octagonal swimming pool (5.60 m x 3.70 m, 1.20 m depth) with deck chairs.
The garden offers breathtaking views on the lake of Massaciuccoli and the coasts of the Versilia.

The house consists of: on the ground floor, entrance in the kitchen with stovetop, small electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, filter coffee brewer, dining table, living room with sofa, SAT Tv.
On the first floor: walk-through room with 1 single sofa-bed, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and basin.
The house is furnished with great care in country style with antique furnishings and great attention to upholstery and furnishing details, wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta floorings, pastel-coloured walls and some walls in exposed stone.

Parking available near the house. Washing machine in the boiler room next to the house entrance, fans at disposal, mosquito nets, safe and Wi-Fi connection.
