The location is also quite convenient for grab users at it sits between harbour bay terminal and Nagoya hill mall. "Hotel runs down a lot! The gym, the swimming pool and the room (suite). Please renovate them. Staff are awesome and location isn’t bad but the condition of the hotel is terrible. We wanted to move to the other place if and only if we could get our refund. "

"Hotel is situated away from main road and is quiet. Bed mattress was comfortable but sofa chair was unsightly and needed a shampoo badly. Staff was friendly and efficient, aircon was leaking but technician came and rectify immediately. Free shuttle to shopping mall was only at 4pm (could have been more regular). Overall, stay was comfortable."
